Retail and Technology division in the GfK Group provides clients from trade and industry with regular information services based on continuous surveys and analyses of sales of technical consumer goods in the retail sector. Among the market segments in which GfK surveys and analyses data are office communication, photographic technology and optics, electrical household appliances, information technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics.

For our Quantitative Reseach Department we are looking for a summer intern who will be reporting to the Research Managers.

- New graduate or last term student who can work for at least 4 days a week, for 3-4 months. (Preferably majored in quantitative departments such as management engineering, statistics, econometrics, business administration, economics),

- Excellent command of written and spoken English,

- Analytical minded with good reporting skills,

- Advanced use of MS office programmes,

- Career oriented in market research

- Living in Istanbul (our office is in Şişli)

Job Description:

The intern will be assisting through many stages. He/she will have the chance to experience all the basic fundamentals of quantitative marketing research and reporting.
